      Surrealism paintings are where the paintings depict something that isn't real. These can range from a variety of different techniques and other methods, but as shown above, the paintings show something that cannot actually happen. While some parts of the painting may be real, there is always some portion of it that is not real.

These show surrealism because although they are in a sense photographs, they are showing things that are not actually real using different techniques and edits to these photographs.
